The Aimpoint A-CUT is a slide-integrated mounting interface machined directly into the slide, with no screws passing through the optic housing. Optics built to the A-CUT pattern — such as the Aimpoint COA and COA R — mount low and stay locked in place under recoil, without a raised mounting plate between the slide and the optic.
